Meagan is an empathetic and culturally responsive psychotherapist whose client-centered approach supports individuals navigating life’s challenges with authenticity and care. She strives to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healing journeys.
As a Métis and Ojibwe doctoral student in Counselling Psychology at U of T Meagan integrates trauma-informed, culturally grounded, and strength-based approaches into her clinical work. She is passionate about supporting clients through concerns related to anxiety, identity, relationships, self-esteem, and life transitions while fostering resilience and meaningful growth. Meagan offers a thoughtful and supportive therapeutic environment where individuals can feel understood, develop confidence, and move toward meaningful healing and well-being.
