Kelly Elliston

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Kelly offers a grounded, compassionate space where clients feel truly heard and supported as they reconnect with their own strength and insight. Her approach is flexible and person-centered, drawing from a range of therapeutic tools to meet each person’s unique needs. She believes therapy works best when it feels like a genuine human connection rather than a clinical process. Warm, curious, and a little quirky, Kelly brings humor and authenticity into her sessions, believing that healing doesn’t always have to be heavy—sometimes a thoughtful question or shared laugh can open the door to growth.
Before becoming a therapist, Kelly worked with at-risk youth, supported families in hospital and long-term care settings, and studied Eastern healing traditions in Sri Lanka. She feels honored to walk alongside clients as they heal, grow, and rediscover what it means to be themselves.
