Houda Abbas
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Houda understands that many people come to therapy during times of rupture; anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, cultural disconnection or simply feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands. Often, these struggles are only the surface of deeper patterns and unmet needs. She believes healing begins in a safe space, to slow down, feel seen and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that have been neglected or silenced. Drawing from client-centered therapy, internal family systems (IFS), inner-child work, CBT, she co-creates a therapeutic environment that feels safe, affirming, and empowering.
As a woman of color, Houda is especially passionate about supporting teens and women navigating self-doubt, perfectionism, cultural pressures, and life transitions. Weather you are seeking relief from distress or striving toward deeper fulfillment, she is dedicated to helping you move toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being.
