We offer in-person counselling services at our offices in Mississauga, Toronto, and Milton, and offer the convenience of home-visits across the GTA. In-person sessions provide a more immersive therapy experience, allowing for effective and personalized support for treating OCD.
Symptom Management and Reduction
OCD therapy focuses on symptom management and reduction by helping individuals develop effective strategies to challenge and control obsessions and compulsions.
